"Improving the qualification, competencies and skills of the employees in "HOUM AKSESORES" EOOD"

The current project "Enhancement of Qualifications, Competencies and Skills of "HOUM AKSESORES" EOOD" provides training for acquiring professional qualification of 40 employees, as well as training in Key Competence 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" - English and German. Retail is the second largest service sector after financial services. It creates 4.5% of the value added in the EU economy and provides almost 10 % of all jobs in the Union. Households in the EU spend up to a third of their funds in retail outlets. This industry is also an important driving force for innovation and productivity. The efficiency and performance of retail and in particular of "HOUM AKSESORES" EOOD depends on the qualifications and qualities of the staff. The expected results of the project are to increase the adequacy of employees' skills, to meet the needs of the company and to provide prerequisites for employee retention in the company. The project will support lifelong learning and ensure the quality of human resources.
