Organizing specific and training trainings and promoting the flexible learning and working processes for the staff of "Balkan Center Diplomat" LTD.

The project proposal is fully focused and aims to increase the professional qualification and the specific skills of the employees in "Balkan Center Diplomat" Ltd. to develop skills to meet the dynamic pace of the labor market, increase career development and stimulate the participation of the workers in different forms of employment and lifelong learning. The project is aimed at providing different types of training: specific, professional and key competencies for different groups of employees in sectors in the applicant's company. The training will include training that is directly applicable to employee positions in the enterprise and is the basis for their career advancement in the hospitality industry and the ready-to-eat industry. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the objectives and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting employees to face the changing labor market developments. Basic activities: -Training trainings: specific, professional and key competencies for different groups of employees. -Promoting flexible forms of employment for "lifelong learning"; -Information and communication; -Organisation and Management. Project activities provide equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups in formal and informal form, updating knowledge, skills and competencies of the workforce. The envisaged activities are entirely aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal to increase and improve the correspondence of the skills and knowledge of the employees with the jobs in the company requiring possession of. With the implementation of the activities, the planned results will be achieved: - a high degree of adequacy of the skills of the employees, tailored to the current needs of the business; - increased workforce quality; - created prerequisites for long-term employment and occupation of higher quality jobs.
