Training for acquisition of specific, technological competences in working with mobile operating systems and data transfer between devices for the employees in" MOVEN "LTD

The project proposal is fully focused and aims at raising the qualification and specific skills of the employees in MOVEN LTD to meet the current and future challenges, increasing career development and stimulating the participation of workers in various forms of employment and lifelong learning. The project is aimed at providing specific training to employees to improve their qualifications related to their work, the need for employers by qualified staff, including training that is directly applicable to the jobs of employees in the enterprise and is the basis for their career growth in the J sector Creation and dissemination of information and creative products; The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the goals and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting employees to meet the changing changes and the ever-increasing requirements of the employer towards the workforce in terms of knowledge and skills. Objectives of the project: Enhancing the qualification of the workforce, encouraging the career development of the employees, maintaining a high level of specific professional skills corresponding to the changing market and the development of the new information and communication technologies. The main activities of the project are: -Provide specific training; -Promoting flexible forms of employment for "lifelong learning"; -Information and communication. -Organisation and Management. Activities are for training and providing equal opportunities for 9 employees and will have a positive impact on the target group, the employer and society. Expected results: -Approved and advanced knowledge and skills; -Increased skill adequacy to the needs of the employer and the business; -Higher quality of work and sustainability of employment; -Stimulate employees to participate in different forms of employment and promote flexible learning processes.
