“Skills and more Employment at “Security Group 555” LTD.”

The main objectives of the project are up skill of the labor force, promoting the professional and career development, encouraging involvement in different type of occupation and lifelong learning, as well as increase of economic activities and improvement of the access to employment by job seekers and inactive persons through providing opportunities for involvement in different types of education. Specific objectives – promoting skill adequacy of 11 employed persons at “Security Group 555" LTD. and improvement of the access to employment of 4 unemployed and inactive persons through providing opportunities for acquiring professional qualification and key competences. The activities include the following: training in part of the profession “Security Guard”, major "Personal Security" of 8 employed persons and training in part of the profession “Security Guard”, major “Physical Security of Sites” of 3 employed persons and 4 unemployed/ inactive persons. In order to improve the job quality, training in key competence for each participant of the target group is also envisaged, as well as activities for providing opportunities for flexible forms of employment regarding the employed persons and involvement of unemployed/inactive persons in non subsidized employment following successful completion of training. Expected results – promoting skill adequacy of the representatives of the target groups in respect to the current needs of “Security Group 555” LTD., ensuring preconditions for continuous employment or starting new and quality jobs. The implementation of the project supports the processes of long life learning, which is an important component for improving the quality of labor force. The project activities assure liaison between the required qualification and skills and the requirements of the future labor market, which is a warranty for achieving a competitive and growing economy based on knowledge and technological development.
