Skills for Alteks EOOD

For almost 20 years “Altex” EOOD has been working in manufacturing of garment for various European and global fashion brands. More than 350 people are employed at the production facilities of the company in Momchilgrad and Kardjali. The company constantly invests in new technologies, qualification of staff and improvement of working conditions as these are the key factors for competitiveness. A total of 83 people are going to be trained in following courses – vocational training “Garment Production Operator”, code 542050, specialization in Production of Textile Garment“, code 5420501, second level (58 people), vocational training „Tailor“, code 542110, specialization in „Trailoring“, code 5421101, first level (10 people), vocational training „Office Manager “, code 346010, specialization in „Business Administration“, code 3460101, third level (9 people) key competence training in English Language – for the nine people to be trained in business administration and an additional six people for whom also a need for such training was identified. A careful selection of the target group was done to ensure the training courses adequately address the needs for competence improvement of each of the people and to ensure that all the requirements of the Guidelines for Applications have been observed. A final screening will be done after the signing of the administrative contract. At the moment the people to be trained are employed at various positions in the administration and production and the objective is for them to improve their knowledge and skills, ensure a single professional competence standard is achieved which is going to help them to develop professionally and also to take quality jobs in the future. The training courses are to be implemented by contractors selected in compliance with the Law on EU Funding and the other applicable documents. The organization is going to implement the activities for information and publicity and organization of the project.
