Raising the knowledge and skills of the employees in GALTEX 2006 LTD through training in professional qualification and key competence

The overall objective of the project is to "Promote the professional and career development of the current staff of Galthes 2006 Ltd and of an unemployed / inactive person through training to improve skills in the field of industry and foreign language competencies." The following specific objectives are formulated to achieve this:CC1: To increase the professional qualification by forming new knowledge, skills of the employed and of an unemployed / inactive person by providing training in the professional field "Administration and Management" CO 2: Formulate new knowledge in foreign language of employees and of an unemployed / inactive person through their inclusion in training under CC2 "Communication in foreign languages".CC3: Provide conditions for sustainable employment and professional realization of one person up to 29 years of ageThese objectives will be achieved through the following activities:1. Conducting trainings for acquiring professional qualification in the "Admi. and Manag."2. Conduct training to acquire key competences under CC 2 "Comm. in foreign lang." - German. 3. Providing non-subsidized employment to an unemployed / inactive person up to 29 years of age.The project includes measures to implement visualization and publicity of the activities and performance results.The project is in line with the needs of the company and the specific needs of the representatives of the target groups: formation and upgrading of the knowledge and skills corresponding to the occupation, professional and career development in the long run, motivation to work, foreign language skills.Through this project:- contribute to the competitiveness of employees,- will allow the qualification and employment of an unemployed / inactive person;- the adequacy of the skills of the employees in the company and of an unemployed / inactive person will be improved, taking into account the current needs of the business,- create conditions for sustainable employment and better jobs.
