Improving the labor skills in the people hired in the IT companies "Sytron"Ltd and "Entegra"Ltd

The companies "Sytron" Ltd and "Entegra" Ltd apply in a partnership under the Procedure called "Skills". The coordinator of the project is the company "Sytron" Ltd. The companies carry out activities that are similar in their kind: "Sytron" Ltd performs activities in the management and servicing of computer tools and systems (Code of Economic activity: 2008 - 62.03) and Entegra Ltd performs its activity in code 62.01 - computer programming , modifying, maintaining and testing software. At present, 7 persons are employed at "Saitron" Ltd, and 9 companies in "Entegra" Ltd. In connection with the development of the activity and the improvement of the quality of the offered services, the managers of the two companies decided to jointly train their employees in specific trainings, closely related to their subject of activity. A total of 16 persons, who are employed on contracts for both companies, will undergo one of the two training sessions. - Management of IT projects through Scrum / Agile methodologies - 9 people (employees) - Enhance cyber security - 7 people (employees) - Enhance cyber security - 1 person. A person who is inactive at the moment will be trained on the project and then hired to work at Sytron Ltd. The specific trainings are entirely related to the activities of the companies and the daily duties of the employees, as Sytron Ltd. will train its employees in cyber security enhancing skills and Entegra Ltd. in IT management skills through the Scrum / Agile. A total of 5 of the two companies will be trained on the Key Competences 2 ( foreign language skills - English language) necessary part of them to undergo Key Competence "Language Communication". After the completion of the project, the two partner companies will have qualified IT staff.
