Increasing the qualification, learning and development of the employees in" BDZ-PASSENGER TRANSPORT" LTD, abbreviated" BDZ - PP" LTD

The project proposal generates ideas and mechanisms aimed at enhancing the professional qualification of the employees in "BDZ - PP" LTD to meet the current and future challenges, the requirements of the employer towards the workforce in terms of skills, by stimulating the participation of the workers for lifelong learning. The project is aimed at providing training for the employees of the company to acquire or increase their professional qualification and training on key competencies. The training will be in line with the needs of the employer, the company's activities and the current needs of the business sector in the transport sector, in particular rail passenger transport. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the objectives and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting employees to face the changing labor market developments. Basic activities: -Provide training for the upgrading of the professional qualification of part of the employed personnel in part of the profession "Seller-consultant" -Providing training to acquire KK4 "Digital Competence". -Information and communication; -Organisation and project management. Project activities provide equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups in formal and informal form, updating knowledge, skills and competencies of the workforce. The activities envisaged are fully aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal to increase economic activity and improve the matching of the skills of the employees with the jobs in the company requiring the possession of qualitative knowledge. With the implementation of the activities, the planned results will be achieved: -a high degree of adequacy of the skills of the employees, tailored to the current needs of the business; -increased workforce quality; -created prerequisites for long-term employment and occupation of higher quality jobs.
