Retail is the second largest service sector after financial services. It creates 4.5% of the value added in the EU economy and provides 8.6% of all jobs in the Union. Households in the EU spend up to a third of their funds in retail outlets. This industry is also an important driving force for innovation and productivity. The efficiency and performance of retail and in particular of EM - 2 EOOD depends on the qualifications and qualities of the staff. In this regard, this project provides for professional qualification for 40 employees as well as Key Competency 2 "Foreign Language Communication" - English and German. The expected results of the project are to increase the adequacy of employees' skills, to meet the needs of the company and to provide prerequisites for employee retention in the company. The project will support lifelong learning.
