ADL Ltd. has used new production equipment in recent years, which helps to increase the production capacity of the company. The new equipment in the implementation of the activities led to the basic need of the company at the moment, namely the improvement of the professional skills and knowledge and the key competency in "Foreign language communication" of the employed. Satisfying this need is one of the main objectives of the project proposal. Through the implementation of the activities envisaged under the project: 1. Selection of Employees for Inclusion in Vocational Training and Key Competence 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages"; 2. Choosing a training organization; 3. Conducting training in "Poligraph" and "Office Manager"; 4. Conduct of Key Competency Training 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" will make it possible to achieve the overall goal of the project. The expected results from its implementation are increasing the knowledge and skills of the employees, and hence their and the company's adaptability and competitiveness. The target group to be included in the project is 65 employees in the applicant company, with at least 50% of them meeting at least one of the requirements - not having higher than average education and / or aged over 54 years.
