Training of future employees of Aero Vision EOOD

The dynamic development of high technology and legislation in the aviation industry, security and the IT industry in which we are developing our business place high demands on the qualifications of the personnel employed. One of the main tools in response to these challenges is the culture of lifelong learning, the efforts we make since the beginning of our business, as evidenced by the data and documents presented in the project proposal. The current needs to be met through the implementation of the project are: - Enhancement of the linguistic and professional qualification of 40 unemployed / unoccupied persons in accordance with the specifics of our business modern training for knowledge and skills in the provision of high-tech equipment based on ICT; - Providing a prerequisite for career and professional development in our sphere of 20 unemployed persons up to and over 29 years of age. The project consists of systematic and purposeful training of unemployed or inactive persons for the professional use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Prior to conducting the basic training for the use of the UAV, each of the trainees needs to have a high level of English knowledge as all modules of the UAV, such as a ground control station, setup software, post-processing and analysis of the results are entirely in English language. Expected results and main activities: Target groups will be given increased opportunities for social integration; professional self-confidence and subsequent employment of 50% of them in the appropriate positions in the company, by: a) Foreign language teaching in English - 3 levels; b) specific training for working with UAVs. As a result, qualified staff will be trained to have the necessary knowledge and skills to demonstrate the capabilities of UAVs to customers, to conduct separate flights beyond direct visibility, to assist in the preparation of photogrammetric models and to analyze the received data.
