Increasing the qualification, adaptability to the labor market and the career development of the employees in "AVTOSTIL" LTD

The project proposal has been developed to meet the need for highly qualified staff, increase labor productivity, increase the qualification of the workforce, and encourage the professional and career development of the employees in "AVTOSTIL" LTD. Project target group: 22 employees in the applicant's company. The project is aimed at providing training to employees to acquire or enhance their professional qualifications and training on key competencies. Training will match the need of the employer, the company's activities, while encouraging participation in various forms of employment and lifelong learning. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the goals and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting employees to meet the changing changes and the ever-increasing requirements of the employer towards the workforce in terms of knowledge and skills. work skills, and foreign language skills. Project objectives: Enhancement of the professional qualification and adequacy of the skills of the employees and their ability to meet future challenges. Basic activities: -Providing training for the promotion of professional qualification for part of the profession "Economist", specialty "Trade"; -Providing training on key competence KK2 "Communication in foreign languages"; -Promoting flexible forms of employment; -Information and communication; -Organisation and Management. With the implementation of the activities, the planned results will be achieved: - Higher qualification and skills of employees; - Increased productivity of labor; - Creating conditions for better jobs, flexible forms of employment and sustainability of employment. The activities are entirely aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal and will have a positive impact on the target group, the employer and society as a whole.
