Increasing the level of qualification of the personnel at "Intenso" Ltd.

The current project proposal has been developed in regard to satisfying the increasing need of highly qualified personnel at “Intenso” Ltd., a candidate by the current procedure. The company conducts their business in the tourism sector. 1.“Intenso” Ltd., a projects candidate, has a main code by CIA: 55.10 “Hotels and similar places of accommodation”. A primary issue for the company is the shortage of highly specialized staff. The decision for applying is based on the opportunity to carry out specific training, unencompassed by our educational system or by certified professional and language courses, in order to increase the qualification level of the workforce. Target group of the project: a total of 150 persons, of whom 15 working full-time at the candidate and 135 unemloyed/inactive individuals. Project goals: raising the skill adequacy of the persons comprising the target group, according to the needs of “Intenso” Ltd. Expected results: properly satisfied employer need for: highly trained touroperator crew and professioanls who meet the contemporary demands of the hotel industry; increased stability of work positions and quality at the labor market; increased quality of the provided tourist products and competitiveness of the company. Actions: 1. Conducting training in professional qualification for 15 persons working full-time and 135 unemployed/inactive individuals. 2. Organizing foreign-language courses for 15 persons working full-time and 135 unemployed/inactive. 3. Engaging unemployed/inactive persons from the target group in unsubsidized employment. Applying flexible forms of employment for the employed individuals for the duration of the training period.
