The trainings should cover the necessary so that the learners can acquire the skills that correspond to the dynamic the development of the company and all the innovations made in recent years.The aim is to combine all necessary for CABLETEL-PRIMA AD training related to the introduction of new technologies and processes. Specific trainings should be useful to the company, and the following steps were be taken when defining themes: - Studying the basic needs and problems of the target groups; - Understanding business activities and organizational structure, including the work of each department and work carried out by each post by on-site visits; - Study through surveys and meetings at work; - Use of the best methodology according to the specifics and needs of the enterprise and development of the individual modules according to each target group; - Determination of the necessary duration of the planned training sufficient to achieve the objectives for trained personnel.
