„Sustainable development of the employees in „VTA SECURITY SERVICE“ LTD.“

In the private security sector, there is a negative tendency to engage people who do not have the necessary skills and experience to work. Major issues in the sector and the persons employed in the sector include lack of good motivation and attitude to work, as well as the lack of knowledge, skills and competencies that meet the needs of the employer. The main objective of the SECURITY project is to increase the qualification of the employed personnel in accordance with the increased requirements of the labor market by acquiring new professional and key competencies corresponding to the company policy of "VTA SECURITY SERVICES" Ltd. for continuous investment in the development of human capital. During the project 55 employees will be trained in the following fields: „Physical security of sites”, code 8610103, „Personal security”, code 8610102, Key competence „Communicating in a foreign language – English” and Key competence „Social and civic competences“. When identifying learners, we expect at least 50% of them to have completed a lower level of education than ISCED 4 (no higher than average education) or over 54. They will have the opportunity to master important and key Competencies directly related to their day-to-day work and core business activities that will ensure their greater flexibility and adaptability.
