WE INVEST IN THE STAFF

The project for investment in the team of My Credit EOOD aims to increase the qualification and improvement of the skills of 20 employees in the enterprise. As a result of updating the knowledge and acquiring new competencies, the employees will achieve flexibility and sustainable improvement of the quality of the work processes. The project envisages the following activities: 1. Providing specific training to acquire or enhance the qualification of 20 employees; 2. Acquisition of professional qualification for part of a profession - part of a profession - "Financial Reporting" - 20 employees; The project provides opportunities for employees to engage in trainings that will be carried out according to modern training tendencies and, besides acquiring professional competences, will also lead to the personal growth of trainees. This project contributes to creating conditions for long-term employment of unemployed and inactive persons. Quality training will invariably contribute to meeting the needs of the company to build a knowledge-based economy and to develop the potential of the employees - part of the staffing policy of My Credit EOOD. 3. Providing Key Competency Training 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" - English - 20 employees. The project provides opportunities for employees to engage in trainings that will be carried out according to modern training tendencies and, besides acquiring professional competences, will also lead to the personal growth of trainees. Quality training will invariably contribute to meeting the needs of the company to build a knowledge-based economy and to develop the potential of the employees - part of the staffing policy of My Credit EOOD.
