"Increasing the qualification of the workforce in the restaurant industry"

The overall objective of the project is to improve and enhance the competitiveness of the workforce and the economy through the provision of appropriate education and training programs that meet the needs of employers in the sector of restaurant industry and promote lifelong learning and professional and career development of employees. The target group to be included in the project is 275 employees in the project partners - AREA LTD, INDASTRAL KEYTARING LTD and HAPPY STYLE LTD, with at least 50% of them meeting at least one of the requirements: not have an education higher than average and / or be over 54 The activities to be implemented to achieve the objectives and indicators of the project include: 1. Provide training to acquire key competences of individuals in the target groups, according to the individual characteristics of the person and the specificities of the workplace - all 275 representatives of the target group will be involved in key competency training 5. ‘Learning to learn’ " in team and effective communication. " 2. Provide training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of persons in the target groups according to the individual characteristics of the person and the specificities of the workplace. Employees will be trained in a profession / part of a profession, according to the specifics of their workplace by profession 811070 Cook, profession 811080 Waiter-barman, profession 811060 Restaurant. During the implementation of the project and the activities included in it, the partnership will use the experience gained over the years in the implementation of such activities and will monitor the strict observance of the horizontal principles of the HRD OP - equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development.
