"Professionalism through education in JSIC "OZK - INSURANCE" JSC"

JSIC "OZK - INSURANCE" JSC has a long-term experience in the insurance industry. The Company has licenses in 12 classes in non-life insurance. The high quality of the company's services is achieved by investing in human capital and improving the qualification of the employees. In order to expand the company's activities, JSIC "OZK - INSURANCE" JSC needs to update the knowledge, the skills and the competencies of the workforce. The project proposal aims to provide training for 205 employees and the inclusion of 4 unemployed and / or inactive people in unsubsidized employment in OZK - INSURANCE AD, after successful completion of trainings. The target group consists of: 205 employees, 2 unemployed young people up to 29 years old and 2 unemployed persons over 54 years of age. To achieve the objectives of the project will contribute the concrete results of the 4 activities within it: 1. Involvement of people from the target group in specific trainings related to specific workplace. 2. Provision of training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification (but not higher than the third degree qualification) of people in the target groups according to the individual characteristics of the person and the specificy of the workplace. 3. Provision of training to acquire key competencies of people in the target groups, according to the individual characteristics of the person and the specifics of the workplace. 4. Inclusion of unemployed and / or inactive people in unsubsidized employment with an employer, after successfully completing the training. The expected results are enhancement of the skills of the target group, acquirement of the needed qualifications, increase of the duration of the employment and provision of innovative specific trainings that will ensure the link between the requirements of the labor market and the needed skills in order to achieve a competitive and developing economy based on knowledge. The duration of the project proposal is 18 months.
