Professional and career development of the employees of DSI Ltd. and Pro Smart Ltd.

I.Need for Satisfaction   According to research, 48.6% of companies hired employees after completing their education identify gaps in their training and do not have the knowledge and skills necessary to fulfill their professional duties. For the recruited persons, about 70% of the firms point to lack of professional knowledge and skills and 60% to the ability to work independently and to make decisions. About 40% of companies believe that young people can not work in a team, and 80% think that they have gaps in their professional knowledge and skills.   All this shows that the level of competence and the professional-qualification structure of the workforce among the target group is not at the required level. II.Specific objectives  Provide training to improve professional qualification and key competencies of employees  Increase the number of employees with acquired or improved qualifications and key competencies  Increase the number of employees who have acquired new knowledge and skills  Creating sustainable employment for employees III.Target audience-23 employees,appointed on a labor contract with the Applicant and the Partner IV.Basic activities 1. Selection of individuals from the target group 2. Specific training:Course 1-Programming in a new Qaudit hardware-software environment,course 2-Connection of a different protocol peripheral type,course 3-Recycling of used hardware 3. Training to increase the prof.qualification-course 4-Programming for creating new functionalities in high-performance OS and course 5-Economic Information Security 4. Training to KC2-course 5-English 5. Providing flexible forms of employment V.Results for achievement 1. Selected Employees-23 2. Specific trainings-3 courses for 23 persons 3. Trainings for vocational qualification and KC-2 courses for 23 persons 4. Employed persons who have acquired qualification and KC2-23 5. Trained persons with permanent employment after completion of the project-23
