Raising the knowledge and skills of the employees in ALPHA SOT SECURITY Ltd. through trainings on professional qualification and key competence

The overall objective of the project is to:Promote the professional and career development of the current staff of ALPHA SOT SECURITY and of an unemployed / inactive person through trainings for improving the skills in the field of economy, the use of modern information and comm. technologies and competencies in a foreign language.To achieve it, the following specific objectives have been formulated: CC1: To increase professional qualification by forming new knowledge, skillsof employees and of an unemployed / inactive person by providing and training in the professional field"USE OF COMPUTERS"SC 2:Forming new knowledge in foreign languages ​​to employed persons and to one unemployed / inactive person by including them in training under CC2 "Communication in foreign languages"CS 3: Yes provide conditions for sustainable empland professional real of one person up to 29 years.These goals will be achieved through the following activities:1. Conducting trainings for the acquisition of a professional quill. in the "USING COMPUTERS"2.Conducting training to acquire KC 2 "Communication in foreign languages" - German. Providing non-subsidized employment to an unemployed / inactive person up to 29 years of age. The project includes measures to implement visualization and publicity of the activities and performance results.The project is in line with the needs of the company and the specific needs of the representatives of the target groups: formation and upgrading of the knowledge and skills corresponding to the occupation, professional and career development in the long term, motivation to work, foreign language knowledge - will contribute to the ompetitiveness of empl will enable the qualification and empl of the unemployed / inactive person - will increase the adequacy of the skills of the employed persons in the company and of an unemployed/inactive person,taking into account the current needs of the business, create conditions for sustainable employment and better jobs.
