Increasing the qualification of the labor force in "FERATEL DEVELOPMENT CENTER" Ltd.

"FERATEL DEVELOPMENT CENTER" Ltd. is an employer developing its main economic activity in sector J 62.01. The overall/main objective of the project is to: Increase the qualification of the workforce by encouraging professional and career development, while stimulating lifelong learning by providing specific trainings for workplaces/work processes. In order to achieve the overall objective, the following eligible activities are planned for realization: Activity 1: Involve persons from the target groups in specific workplace / work process trainings: As a result of its implementation, 3 specific trainings will be provided corresponding to the established needs of the employer and the specificity of the particular workplace / work process, focusing on the occupation and the field of activity of the company: -Screw production with Scrum and Kanban using the Azure DevOps platform -Programming and producing productive and reliable micro-services with .NET and .NET Core - Performance Testing - Performance Testing for Microservices As a result, the overall project goal will be achieved by increasing the adequacy of the target group's skills to the current needs of the business and providing prerequisites for continued employment. Lifelong learning will be stimulated. There will be a link between the necessary skills / the requirements of the future labor market in line with the dynamics and the rapid development of the ICT sector, which will create the necessary prerequisites for achieving a competitive and developing knowledge and technological development-based economy will be created. The project, according to the commitment declared by the applicant, will also cover the realization of: Activity 2: Organization and management - with result ensured effective organization of project implementation; Activity 3: Information and communication activities - resulting in information and publicity measures.
