Within the framework of the present project proposal, the applicant organization foresees the inclusion of 40 employees of "ILEA-M" SMLLC in specific training on "Innovative and actual methods and techniques for production of homogenized and dietetic food for children, including products from bio-raw materials - European practices and standards". The foreseen specific training aims to increase the capability of the employees in "ILEA-M" SMLLC to meet the rapid changes in the labor market due to structural factors such as globalization and technological changes, as well as meeting the current needs of the business. Project activities are in accordance with the specific needs of the target groups, in view of the specifics of their work and their needs for increasing knowledge and skills. For best results, the identified problems and needs of the project target groups, as well as the objectives of the present procedure, lead to the selection of activities. 40 representatives of the target group will be trained within the framework of the project. The project duration will be 10 months. The activities are selected to ensure the achievement of the objectives, results and indicators set in the project proposal, respectively to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the grant procedure - BG05M9OP001-1.057 "SKILLS
