Increasing the qualification of the workforce in "Management Business Machine Ltd"

The objectives of the project proposal are fully in line with the objectives of the Human Resources Development Operational Program - to improve the quality of life of people in Bulgaria by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing productivity, access to quality education and lifelong learning and enhancing social inclusion. The activities of the project will ensure the improvement of the professional qualification of 75 employees, which will contribute to the improvement of their employability. At the same time, training for applicant's employees will expand the company's capabilities and capacity to manage EU-funded projects. The priorities of this project directly correspond to the priorities set out in Priority Axis 1 "Improving Access to Employment and Quality of Workplaces" and Area of ​​Intervention 117, by enhancing the professional qualification of 75 persons, training on Digital Skills for 60 persons and specifically training for 20 persons. The implementation of the activities set out in the project will lead to the development of the capacity and increase of the labor force adaptability to the changes in the working conditions and according to the needs of the labor market. Ensuring sustainable employment for 75 people in a prosperous sector will increase the self-confidence of the target group's representatives. The development of the country's economy requires new working skills to achieve competitiveness under open market conditions. This project aims to give a chance to the project's employees by giving them the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills. Students will become a competitive workforce, guaranteeing sustainability of results and European quality and productivity. For the successful implementation of the planned activities, the ESF financial support is relied upon, through the "Skills" procedure under OPDHR.
