Increasing the knowledge and skills of the employees in PolyPress Ltd.

The project "Improving the knowledge and skills of the employees in PolyPress Ltd. has as main objective" To promote the professional and career development of the employees of PolyPress Ltd. by stimulating lifelong learning by providing 3 types of specific trainings and competence, tailored to the specific jobs and needs of the employer ". To achieve the overall goal, the following Specific Objectives are formulated: Specific objective 1. Provide the opportunity to create new specific knowledge and skills of 25 employees for their specific work places and work process at PolyPress Ltd. Specific objective 2. To form knowledge of additional foreign language of the employed by including them in training under CC 2 "Communication in foreign languages". These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Conducting specific training for the employees of PolyPress Ltd. 2. Conduct training to acquire key competences under CC 2 "Communication in foreign languages" - German. The project includes measures to implement visualization and publicity of the activities and performance results. During the drafting of the project proposal, the needs of the company and the specific needs identified by the target group are taken into account: formation and upgrading of specific knowledge and skills corresponding to the specific occupation, long-term professional and career development, motivation to work, in a foreign language. Through the realization of the objectives and the envisaged activities of the present project will contribute mainly to the formation of new specific knowledge and skills in the employed according to their specific work places and the current needs of PolyPress Ltd. By achieving these results, they will affect the productivity and quality of employees' work, and create conditions for sustainable employment and better jobs, which will bring added value to the company as a whole.
