A highly skilled workforce - a guarantee for success

The present project aims to improve the professional competence and competencies of the main staff at Delta Textiles - Bulgaria Ltd. The implementation of this project will contribute to the qualification of the workforce towards a high quality and high-quality work activity, while the project will also meet the needs of the staff to adopt professional standards and key competencies that will increase the capacity, motivation and productivity of the participants in the project. The short-term and medium-term plans of the applicant, defining the objectives of this project proposal, are relevant to Priority Axis 1 "Improving access to employment and quality of jobs" of the HRD OP and the specific objectives of Investment Priority / IP / 6 for Improving Learning Opportunities lifelong learning, updating knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, as well as promoting flexible learning processes. In terms of the specific objectives of the IP 6 are the objectives of the project to increase the capability of the employees to overcome the challenges related to the technological changes or the lack of modern professional or key skills, corresponding to the needs of the company. The project provides training for part of the profession of a total of 85 persons and acquiring key competencies of 180 persons employed in the company. They will provide access to quality training, motivate lifelong learning, invest in learning new knowledge and skills, provide conditions for full-value, decent work and reward. For the applicant company, the financial support under the "Skills" procedure of OPHRD is essential. Achieving the expected results for improved occupational and key knowledge and skills of staff will also contribute to enhancing competitiveness, financial and market positioning, as well as the possibility of opening new jobs.
