“Training - Ikonomiks-M EOOD“

"Ikonomiks-M" EOOD works since 2001 as a Labour Medicine Office and provides competent and professional advice to employers in the area of health and safety at work. The experts of "Ikonomiks-M" EOOD participate in the development of OHS risk assessments and in the development of preventive measures for the risks which are to be implemented by the employers. By this project proposal "Ikonomiks-M" EOOD wants to provide: - specific job-related training in the area of the key work process for 20 employees which are directly involved in it; - key competency training in English language for the same employees. These two training courses are going to help the company overcome the needs identified for the staff to deepen and update their professional competence. The project also plans for activities for information and publicity in line with the Single Manual of the Beneficiaries and for organization and management of the project. In all project activities specific measures to implement the horizontal policies for equal access, lack of discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development are planned.
