After passing the training, individuals will increase the adequacy of their skills to the current needs of the business. In this way, positive results will be achieved, both in adapting them to working conditions and in fulfilling the objectives of this procedure. Within the framework of the project training is provided for acquiring a professional degree and training in Key Competence. The project will ensure the solution of the identified needs of the professional realization needs related to the specific needs of the market.
