Better Skills in COI Rossitsa

The Ralitsa Cooperative Organization of Disabled has always sought to ensure the best possible employment for its employees. The sector in which the company operates is the production and sale of shoes. For COD Ralitsa it is important to have qualified personnel who can perform their duties in a qualitative way, in order for the company to maintain its good reputation. The cooperative is constantly evolving, and one of the essential prerequisites for success is the experienced and qualified staff. The project will aim to create conditions for professional and career development of employees by increasing the qualification of the workforce, increasing the economic activity and improving the access to employment for the unemployed and inactive persons seeking employment by providing training. The aim will be achieved through the activities set up under the project, which include training of employees in the company, as well as training of unemployed and / or inactive persons. After passing the training, individuals will increase the adequacy of their skills to the current needs of the business. In this way, positive results will be achieved, both in adapting them to working conditions and in fulfilling the objectives of this procedure. Within the framework of the project training is provided for acquiring a professional degree. The project will ensure the solution of the identified needs of the professional realization needs related to the specific needs of the market.
