Sustainable employment by acquiring professional skills and enhancing productivity in Luna Textiles Ltd. "

In its history "LUNA TEXTILE" Ltd. has always sought to provide its customers with products of a highest quality. One of the basic conditions for achieving this goal is to ensure a qualified and experienced team. In this regard, investing in the regular improvement of employees' skills and qualifications has always been a sustainable priority for the company. On-the-job training is one of the priority components in the company's work because it helps the employees to adapt and successfully enter into the specifics of work and creates conditions for improving their engagement and retention of the organization. The project proposal aims to provide training for acquiring / enhancing professional qualification and training on key competencies. The following trainings are foreseen within the project: Training for acquisition / enhancement of professional qualification in the following professions: - "Design, modeling of textile garments" (code: 5420401) - for 45 employees - "Dressmaking Services" (code: 5421101) - for 66 employees Training to acquire key competency No 2 - Communication in foreign languages ​​(English) for 111 employees The foreseen trainings fully meet the needs of the employer, the company's business, and the current needs of the tailoring industry. The implementation of the current project proposal will contribute to increasing the capacity of the company's employees and is in line with the lifelong learning processes as a condition for preserving and enhancing their competitiveness on the labor market. The project addresses the intentions of initiatives in the context of the objectives and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and aims to help employees meet the occurring changes and the the employer's constantly increasing demands for the workforce in terms of work skills and knowledge.
