Through the HRD OP 2014-2020. and support for the EU, as the current project envisages strengthening the position calling for adaptability and competitiveness of the employees of Antipodes LTD by actively developing and developing specific skills and key competencies. It is envisaged to introduce a guarantee of flexibility and skilled labor to meet the challenges as well as the dynamically developing market in Bulgaria and the priority for Europe 2020. By promoting the results achieved, the project proposal will encourage investment in human capital and promoting the practice of lifelong learning. Human capital is the most important for you and the competitiveness of any company. The general training program, which includes the necessary help to apply for specific training and key competencies. It is necessary to make it possible to enable it to respond to the dynamic development of the enterprise and all the innovations made in recent years. The aim is to unite all the training needed for Antipodes LTD, related to the introduction of new technologies and processes.The defined trainings are designed to be useful to the company and the following steps are taken in determining the themes:- Exploring the needs and problems of the target groups; - Exploring the basic needs and problems of the target groups; - Getting to know the organization's organization and organizational structure, including each service carried out by each post by on-site visits; - Study through surveys and meetings at work; - Using the best methodology tailored to the specific characteristics and needs of the enterprise and developing separate modules according to each other group; - Determine the duration of the training provided.
