In its history, Tip-Top Courier JSC has always sought to provide the highest quality services to its customers. One of the basic conditions for doing so is that the work is carried out by qualified and experienced staff. Therefore, a firm priority for the company, both before and now, is investing in the regular improvement of the skills and qualifications of its employees. Workplace training is one of the priority components of the company's work as it facilitates faster adaptation and successful entry of workers into the specifics of work and creates preconditions for increasing their engagement and retention in the organization. Therefore, with this project proposal, the applicant envisages training for acquiring professional qualification and training to acquire a key competence 2 for 134 employees. The employees of Tip-Top Courier AD will be given the opportunity to acquire a professional qualification to upgrade and supplement their knowledge and skills, which will contribute to raising the quality of the workforce and will broaden not only the tasks that can to implement within the company but also the full spectrum of skills that is essential for their successful realization in the labor market. The implementation of the current project proposal will contribute to raising the capacity of the company's employees and is in line with the lifelong learning processes as a prerequisite for preserving and enhancing their competitiveness on the labor market.
