Professional training and acquisition of qualifications will lead to improved access to lifelong learning opportunities, upgrading staff knowledge, skills and competences as well as promoting flexible learning processes including through career guidance and validation of acquired competencies. In order to provide a quality product, the work is to be performed by a qualified and experienced team.
