„Human design project“

The project proposal „Human design project“ focuses on achieving sustainable employment, enhancing the adaptability and competitiveness of the employees of "Jar" Ltd., by actively developing and improving their professional and key skills. The project will contribute to providing a flexible and skilled workforce able to meet the challenges of both the dynamically developing market in Bulgaria and the priorities of Europe 2020. The project proposal will encourage investment in human capital and validation of lifelong learning. The management of the company identify the following activities for the realization of this project: • Improvement of the professional qualification of 45 persons, through trainings in the specialty „Trade” - part of a profession for a third qualification degree; • Acquiring key competencies of 45 employees through English language training; • Implementing flexible forms of employment for employees during the training period; • Raising awareness and attracting the attention of the employers in the country to the positive effect of investments in the capacity of the employees; • Organization and successful management of project activities. Human capital is the most important for the development and competitiveness of each company. The company's plans include the ambition to implement best practices and the highest standards in the retail sector with computers, peripherals and software, which implies continuous development, training and improvement. The trainings are tailored both to the learner's defined needs and to the company's development strategy for entering new markets.
