"Developing Skills in EMU"

"The Skills Development Project in EMU" aims to improve the working environment of the company by providing training for qualification enhancement and training in Key Competency 2"Communicating in Foreign Languages" to a total of 219 empl.-162 empl. in Razbojna Municipality Turgovishte and 57 working in the branch of the company in Sofia.The project goals are also linked to the upgrade of the knowledge of the empl. related to the individual workplace and the acquisition of new knowledge,which will improve the quality of the jobs and will positively affect Production The auditing of work in the enterprise.Life Learning is a process of continuous,deliberate acquisition of knowledge and skills.The development of the skills of EMU empl. will contribute to the successful realization of the empl.,to their retention and especially to the increase their skills for career development.These skills contribute to rapid cohesion in an EU context based on mutual understanding, tolerance of diversity and active civil society.The envisaged activities under the project will ensure the link between the necessary qualification and skills and the requirements of the future labor market,which will create the necessary prerequisites for achieving a competitive and developing economy,based on the knowledge and technological development.The company EMU has an economic activity code 43.99 Other specialized construction activities,not classified elsewhere.Over 50% of the empl. included in the training meet the requirement and have completed a lower education level than ISCED 4(do not have higher than average education).The unimaginable objectives and indicators of the project will be implemented through the following activities: 1.Vocational training for the upgrading of the first and third degree of professional qualification; 2.Key Competency Training 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages"; 3.Provide opportunities for flexible forms of employment for 219 empl. for the period of training
