SCALE FOCUS AD is a fast-growing company in the field of information technologies (IT), Large Enterprise in terms of the provisions of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014,having code of its main activity 62.01-Software Development, according to the national classification of the economic activities. The company provides state-of-the-art technological solutions to hundreds of customers on the Bulgarian, European, North American and Middle Eastern markets.The company's competitiveness in this process is directly dependent on the experience gained over the years, on the expertise accumulated within the team and, above all, on the high-level skills of the employees.Since IT is one of the fastest growing sectors of the global economy, the qualifications of the employees need continuous upgrading in order to meet the needs of the market. The target group of this project proposal consists of 299 employees SCALE FOCUS AD of total 493. 285 out of them will participate in 25 specific for their positions trainings (Activity 1), addressing the identified needs for increasing of their highly specialized knowledge and skills. 90 representatives of the target group will participate in trainings in key competences for lifelong learning in the areas "Communication in foreign languages" and "Sense of initiative and entrepreneurship"(Activity 2),related to their positions within the company. With the implementation of the two activities the specific project objectives will be achieved: 1) Increase of the specific skills of the employees in relation to their work with specific processes and clients, by providing specific trainings, and 2)Acquisition of key competencies for communication in foreign languages and sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, in support of the professional development of the employees, team work efficiency and communication with clients and partners.The planned results will be achieved-299 employees of SCALE FOCUS AD increased their qualifications.
