Investing in new knowledge and skills to increase the capacity and productivity of employees of BALKAN AGRICULTURE Ltd.

Through the HRD OP 2014-2020. and the support of the ESF, the current project will achieve sustainable employment, increase the adaptability and competitiveness of BALKAN AGRICULTURAL Ltd employees by actively developing and improving their specific skills and key competencies. The project will contribute to providing a flexible and skilled workforce capable of responding to the challenges of both the dynamically developing market in Bulgaria and the Europe 2020 priorities. By promoting the results achieved, the project proposal will encourage investment in human capital and promote the practice of lifelong learning. Human capital is critical to the development and competitiveness of each company. The subject deals with the development of an integrated, innovative and applicable training program for BALKAN AGRICULTURE Ltd employees, which will include the specific training and key competencies required for the candidate. The training should go beyond what is necessary to enable the trainee to acquire the skills to meet the dynamic development of the company and all the innovations made in recent years. The aim is to combine all the necessary training courses for the applicant related to the introduction of new technologies and processes. The project aims to increase the qualification of the employees in "BALKAN AGRICULTURE" Ltd by providing opportunities for training specific to the company and workplaces and creating sustainable employment of the present and the staff. The project proposal provides for the implementation of training activities for 14-person company-specific training activities, as follows: 1. Conducting specific training on "Building of the professional knowledge and skills of employees in the field of vegetable processing" - 14 employees; 2. Key competency training "English language" - 14 employees;
