Through the implementation of this project, the need to acquire specific knowledge for specific jobs in Danlex Ltd. will be met. The overall objective of the project is to increase productivity and quality of work and to create conditions for sustainable employment by enhancing qualifications and promoting the professional development and capabilities of key employees in the company by involving relevant professionals in workplace specific training. The project target group includes 11 employed in one of our priority sectors. The project envisages: inclusion of employees in specific training for the specific workplace. The activity involved will have a direct impact on increasing the personal engagement of those who will be able to learn new specific knowledge and thus become more competitive and skilled in their jobs. As a result of the project, it is expected that the target group's skills will be upgraded to the current needs of the company and requirements in the industry, which is a good basis for providing more opportunities for future development of trained persons.
