Specific Trainings in Prime Holding JSC-Investment for acquiring and mastering the "skills of the future"

The present project aims to increase the qualification of the workforce and provide specific training for specific workplaces in Prime Holding AD, providing opportunities for professional and career development and increasing the economic activity and access to sustainable employment of the project target group - unemployed / inactive persons. A basic prerequisite for this is investment in the provision of various forms of employment and lifelong learning. The constant development and improvement of specific professional knowledge and skills is essential for companies in the IT sector, both due to the rapid pace of development in this area of the economy and the work specifics of the sector's employees. The project target group is 51 unemployed / inactive persons and the project is aimed at meeting their needs. The main identified need of the target group is to increase the competitiveness of the labor market; increasing the chances of joining into employment by learning the specific knowledge and skills needed to fill certain jobs; ensuring sustainable employment and finding prospective work with opportunities for future professional development. These needs will be met through the provision of seven specific trainings designed to meet the work requirements of Prime Holding AD as well as those of the main company clients and the inclusion of at least 50% of the successfully trained inactive / unemployed trainees in subsequent employment with the applicant. The activities are planned in such a way as to achieve the objectives of the project through the following main concrete results that will be realized with its realization: minimum 57 unemployed / inactive persons included in specific training for the specific workplace and for the project applicant and the conclusion of employment contracts with a minimum of 31 persons who have successfully completed the training provided.
