Enhancing competitiveness to ensure sustainable employment

The modern development of the economy requires a continuous increase in competitiveness and labor productivity to ensure sustainable growth and development. This requires investment in the workforce of the various sectors to increase levels of professional and key competences and to provide conditions for lifelong learning. The main objective of the project "Increasing Competitiveness for Sustainable Employment" is to support the improvement of the quality of the human capital of Gost Ltd. and to ensure high levels of employment by providing specialized training of the personnel, while at the same time helping to increase the competitiveness of the employer-company. Target group in this project proposal are 100 employees, hired on a labor contract at the time of applying at Gost Ltd. By enrolling in the project, they will be given the opportunity to upgrade their knowledge, skills and competencies in the field of work, and will provide the conditions for lifelong learning. The activities to be carried out within the framework of the project are related to the training in part of the profession "Restaurant", code 811060, specialty "Production and service in a catering and entertainment establishment", code 8110602, third degree, training in part of the profession „Animator in tourism“, code 812040, specialty „Tourist Animation“, code 8120402, third degree and Key Competency Training 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" - English. The project proposal has been developed in the context of the objectives and objectives of the Europe 2020 strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. The expected results from its implementation are related to increasing the competitiveness of the company, responding to the constantly increasing labor market needs for highly qualified personnel, as well as to the possibility of opening new jobs.
