SKILLS AND TRAINING IN TELELINK INFRA SERVICES

Telelink InfraServices is an information technology company, focusing mainly on providing services for the construction and operation of communication infrastructure, delivery and integration of security systems and intelligent surveillance and management systems. Within the project will be organized and conducted different types of trainings of the persons employed in the company in order to increase their productivity, updating their knowledge, skills, competences, as well as adaptability as a prerequisite for sustainable employment. Employees will be able to meet the rapid changes in the labor market in the context of dynamic global processes of IT restructuring and development.The training is targeted at the specific needs of the target groups - employees of Telelink Infras Services will be involved in trainings in view of the specifics of their work and their needs for raising knowledge and skills. For the best results, the identified problems and needs of the target groups of the project are guided by the selection of activities.The total number of employees is 137 persons, and the target group for the project, for which it is necessary and envisaged to undergo trainings are 33 persons. The main identified needs of the target group are to acquire new special knowledge and skills in response to the changing digital world. roject activities: 1. Specific trainings for the specific workplace; 2. Provide training to employees of the CC 2 Communication in foreign languages. The expected results from the implementation of the project are: Acquisition of specific knowledge from the target group corresponding to the needs of the company; - Training in CC 2 - Communication in foreign languages​; - Improving the productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and job satisfaction of the target group, which will also increase the quality and productivity of the company as a whole.
