Increasing the expert level of the employees of "Experian Bulgaria" EAD through specific trainings

Within the project, 31 employees working in a knowledge-based priority economic sector will be involved in specific business trainings under the ACCA (International Chartered Certified Accountants) and CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) business programs. The business trainings are focused on acquiring specific skills and knowledge and will provide employees with qualifications in accordance with the best international practices in finance and accounting. The trainings are directly applicable to the employees positions and the main functions they perform - providing services, consultations and analytical solutions on a global level (in Europe, Asia, the United States, etc.). The execution of the specific trainings will contribute to the improvement of the workforce quality and the adequacy of the employees abilities. With the project implementation, a number of detected struggles in the work process will be solved. Improving employees knowledge and skills will encourage career development and sustainable employment. The provided activity will help to optimize the activities performed by the employees and to improve the quality of the individualized analytical solutions and marketing services offered by EXPERIAN BULGARIA EAD addressed to better risk management and favorable commercial, financial and accounting decisions.
