Highly qualified work force in Stroyprom

The project proposal provides training in the field of construction in order to increase the skills adequacy of 10 employees in "Stroyptom" Ltd. Further training will be provided through the training of employees. The training that the applicant will provide to the persons will be for the acquisition of a third degree of professional qualification in the "Construction technician" specialty, "Construction and architecture" and under key competence "Communication in foreign languages" - English. Less time periods will be used to train employees, and in addition, trainees will receive incentives amounting to $ 100. Through the training courses, the participants in the project will be able to increase their skills, according to the company's current needs, in order to provide prerequisites for long-term employment or occupy new and better jobs. The main tasks that the applicant puts in the project proposal fully correspond to Priority Axis 1 of HRD OP, namely "Improving Access to Employment and Quality of Workplaces". To meet the set goals, the project will go through several stages. At the first stage, a study organization will be selected to conduct the training. At the second, second stage, the employees will undergo vocational training in the field of construction as well as through Key Competence training 2. In parallel with the trainings, people will be involved in flexible forms of part-time employment that will allow them to teach in their free time. Under the eligibility conditions, at least 50% of the employees (5 persons) who have been trained will be employed for a minimum of six months after the end of the project. Thanks to the training, we will support the career development of the target group.
