Stimulating the career development of the employees in "Hlebozavod Pleven" LTD, operating in the sector of the processing industry with higher added value of labor

The project proposal includes models and mechanisms for providing enterprise-specific training and innovative learning to meet the need for highly qualified staff, career development of workers, increasing labor productivity, updating the product nomenclature in "Hlebozavod Pleven" LTD. Specific training aims to increase the ability of people employed in the company to build skills to meet dynamic labor market changes, enhance their employability and competitiveness for career development and career advancement in the manufacturing industry with higher added value. The training course is about "Kvas in Production". The training will correspond to the needs of the employer, the company's activity and the current needs of the business in the priority sector - the production of bread and bakery products. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the goals and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting employees to face future challenges. Project objectives: Enhancing the qualification of the workforce, encouraging the professional and career development of the employees, maintaining a high level of professional skills and competences, responding to the changing market and the development of the new technologies. Target group: 45 employees in the applicant's company. Expected results: -Approved and advanced knowledge and skills; - Increased skill adequacy to the current needs of the employer and business; - Increased labor productivity and sustainability of employment. The main activities of the project are: -Providing specific training "Kvass in Production"; -Information and communication; -Organisation and Management. The envisaged activities are entirely aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal and will have a positive impact on the target group, the employer and society.
