Parallel to the training, individuals will be involved in flexible forms of employment - part-time work to enable them to learn during their leisure time. Upon successful completion of the training, the participants will receive a certificate of acquired professional qualification and competence. The implementation of the project will go through several stages: 1. Choosing a training organization; 2. Inclusion of employees in training in specialty in the field of construction and key competency; The trainees will acquire the new knowledge and skills necessary for the future career development by enhancing their adaptability and competitiveness. With the implementation of the project activities, at least 50% of the employees (5 persons) who have been trained will be employed for at least six months after the end of the project.
