With the implementation of the project will be provided professional training in the field of construction and training on key competencies of 10 employees from Vidin in "Industrialstroystroy Engineering" Ltd. The main task is to achieve higher and higher quality employment and achieve long-lasting and sustainable employment of individuals. In order to accomplish the above tasks, we will provide training in the field of construction through training for the acquisition of a third degree of professional qualification in the "Construction technician" specialty "Construction and architecture". Key Competency Training 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages - English" is also foreseen. Parallel to the training, individuals will be involved in flexible forms of employment - part-time work to enable them to learn during their leisure time. In addition, the trainees will receive incentives for the period they attend training sessions. Upon successful completion of the training, the participants will receive a certificate of acquired professional qualification and competence. The implementation of the project will go through several stages: 1. Choosing a training organization; 2. Inclusion of employees in training in specialty in the field of construction and key competency; The trainees will acquire the new knowledge and skills necessary for the future career development by enhancing their adaptability and competitiveness. With the implementation of the project activities, at least 50% of the employees (5 persons) who have been trained will be employed for at least six months after the end of the project.
