Raising the knowledge and skills of the employees in "Dexa Group" LTD. through training in professional qualification and key competence

The overall objective of the project is to "Promote the profess and career develop of the current staff of Dexa Group LTD and of an unemployed / inactive person through training to improve skills in the field of apparel production and foreign language competences." The following specific objectives are formulated to achieve this:CC1:To increase the professional qualification by forming new knowledge, skills of the employed and of an unemployed /inactive person by providing training in the professional field "Production technologies - textiles, clothing, footwear and skins"SC 2: knowledge of the foreign language of the employed persons and of an unemployed / inactive person through their inclusion in training under CC2 "Communication in foreign languages".CC 3: Provide conditions for sustainable employment and professional realization of one person up to 29 yearsobjectives will be achieved through Re the following activities:1.Conducting trainings for the acquisition of a professional qualification. in eg. "Production Tech.Textiles, Clothing, Shoes and Furs" 2.Conducting training for acquiring CC2 "Comm. in Foreign Lang." - Italian. Providing non-subsidized empl. to unemployed / inactive persons up to 29 years. The project includes measures for visualization and publicity of the activities and the results of the mplementation.The project is in line with the needs of the company and the specific needs of the representatives of the target groups: nowledge and skills relevant to the occupation,long-term professional and career devel.motivation to work, foreign language skills.Through this project: will contribute to the ompetitiveness of the service - will enable the qualification and empl. of the unemployed/inactive person- will increase the adequacy of the skills of the employed persons in the company and of an unemployed inactive person in line with the current needs of the business- will create conditions for sustainable empl. and the empl.of better quality jobs.
