Improving opportunities, knowledge and skills of the workforce in "Pepi style" Ltd.

The objectives of the project proposal are fully in line with the objectives of the Human Resources Development Operational Program - to improve the quality of life of people by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing productivity, access to quality education and learning throughout life and enhancing social inclusion. The project activities will ensure the improvement of the professional qualification and the skills for working with computers of 42 employees, which will contribute to the improvement of their employability. At the same time, training for applicant's employees will expand the company's capabilities and capacity to manage EU-funded projects. The priorities of the company and the present project directly correspond to the priorities set out in OP 1, "Improving access to employment and job quality", Investment Priority 6 and Area of ​​Intervention 117 to improve the capabilities of the applicant's skills for enhancing knowledge and skills. The implementation of the activities set out in the project will lead to capacity development and increased adaptability of the workforce to changes in working conditions and labor market needs. Ensuring sustainable employment of 42 people in a sensitive sector, such as clothing, will increase the confidence of the target group's representatives. The development of the country's economy requires new working skills to achieve competitiveness under open market conditions. This project aims to give a chance to the project's employees by giving them the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills. Students will become a competitive workforce, guaranteeing sustainability of results and European quality and productivity. The successful implementation of the planned activities relies on the financial support of the ESF through the "HRDM Skills" procedure.
