Development of skills and professional growth for the employees of FLEXPRINT LTD

Flexprint Ltd since its establishment in 2008 realizes its main activity in sector Printing other editions and printed products. Over the last 3 years, the company has established itself as one of the most reliable Bulgarian manufacturers of flexible packaging and labels of various types of foil and exports to 25 countries in Europe and the world. In the enterprise operates management systems in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007; ISO 22000:2005 and FSC. In order to increase its market share, the company management follows its business strategy for technological modernization, applying innovative trends and engaging with the improvement and training of its staff. To ensure sustainability in the ever-growing level of product and service quality, the highest standards of compliance in processes, both in terms of business and employee professionalism, supporting their initiative and effective teamwork, are maintained. The management of the company encourages the personal development of its employees by conducting systematic, regular and specific specialized trainings. As a natural continuation of this policy, the current project is being created, enabling through EU funding to be implemented training in a corporate level, uniting all departments and units in the enterprise's production cycle, enhancing the professional qualifications and key competencies of the employees in the company. The goal is to develop skills and foster professional and career growth through diverse and innovative forms of flexible employment and lifelong learning. With the completion of the project, the professional skills and linguistic competencies of 180 people employed in the company will be improved, in line with industry requirements, which will lead to economic growth based on knowledge and sustainable employment, covering the main objective of the procedure.
