Veko Oil EOOD was established in 1997 in Rousse. The company is active in the sales of motor oil, vehicle accessories, car cosmetics, vehicle spare parts and new vehicles. The company offers repair and maintenance activities as well - from regular screening to major repairs of all types of vehicles. Veko Oil EOOD has contemporary equipment for repair and screening of vehicles. Within the project a total of 19 employees of Veko Oil EOOD are going to attend the following training courses: - vocational training 346010 Office Manager, specialization 3460101 Business Administration - III level (3 people) - vocational training 525020 Transportation Vehicles Repair, specialization 5250201 Auto transportation Equipment - II level (9 people) - key competence training in English language for a total of 15 people (3 are also going to attend the Business Administration Training, 5 the Auto transportation Equipment Training and an additional 7 people at managerial positions for whom a training need was also identified. A careful selection of the people in the target group was done to make sure that their needs for competence improvement are addressed as well as the requirements in the Guidelines for Applicants are satisfied. A final selection will be done after the signing of an administrative contract. At the moment the employees occupy various jobs at the company and the overall objective is for them to improve their knowledge and skills, achieve a single standard in professional qualification which is going to help the employees to develop in their careers and work on quality jobs. The training courses will be done by external suppliers which are going to be selected in compliance with the Law on EU Funds and the other applicable scheme documentation. The organization is going to implement the mandatory activities related to information and publicity and project organization and management.
