Improving the skills of the employees in NEOCHIM PLC

The current project proposal aims to increase the knowledge and the skills of the employees in NEOCHIM PLC, which in turn will increase the productivity of the company. In order to achieve the stated goal, 7 types of training courses are envisaged, as follows: to acquire key competencies and for acquiring second and third degree of professional qualification. The trainings are essential for the production of nitrogen compounds and fertilizers, as the company's activity is. The trainings will be attended by a total of 244 employees of NEOCHIM PLC, employed in the production facilities of the plant. For the successful implementation of all the training sessions, set in the project proposal, NEOCHIM PLC has both the necessary territorial and material facilities, as well as with its installations, machines and equipment. Both the theoretical and practical part of all the trainings will take place on the territory of the company. Being the only representative of the chemical industry and the most important employer in the Municipality of Dimitrovgrad, NEOCHIM PLC has directed its personnel policy towards preparing its own staff, raising and updating the professional and the key competencies of the employees in order to meet the growing requirements of the economic, productive and social environment and the non-increase of the unemployment rate in the municipality. The main objective of Neochim PLC is to develop efficient and competitive production and business by increasing labor productivity of its employed. The better satisfaction of customer`s needs and expectations and the compliance with all applicable local, national and international standards will long-term ensure the sustainable development of the company.
