The goal of the project is sustainable employment, better career and career development in SELERA LTD and the promotion of lifelong learning for disadvantaged workers by introducing flexible forms of employment and their inclusion in training to improve skills and key competencies. Specific objectives: 1. Increasing the quality of the workforce of 10 employees by training in "Operator in clothing industry" and providing opportunities for career development and better income. 2. Adapting workers to changes in society and sustainable employment through training in key competence 4 "Digital Competence" of 60 employees. The target group is 60 disadvantaged workers over the age of 54, incl. people with a low level of education and with disabilities. As a result of the project activities, innovative flexible employment will be introduced in one enterprise of the tailoring sector with a view to providing conditions for lifelong learning and sustainable employment for 60 employees after completion of key competence and professional training. There will be a training of 60 persons under KC 4 "Digital Competence" with the title "Computer literacy and working with ready-made software" lasting 45 hours. Training for the second degree of professional qualification in the profession "Operator in the clothing industry", code 542050, specialty "Manufacture of textile apparel", code 5420501 with a duration of 660 study hours which 10 employees will graduate. All graduates will acquire certificates of key competences and certificates of professional qualification. Inclusion in the project ensures sustainable employment and career development of over 50% of the target group for a minimum of 6 months after the completion of the activities. The duration of the project is 14 months.
